Whilst every care has been taken on this web site to provide an accurate representation of the paintings and prints available for purchase, individual screen sizes and settings used by the viewer may cause variations in their on-screen appearance, both in colour and contrast.
VAT is not charged on any purchases at this time, except on my print-on-demand site for open edition prints, phone cases, throw pillows and duvet covers.
My preferred payment method is through PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay this way.
Payment may also be made by cheque, although delivery will not be made until the cheque is cleared.
For UK destinations, prints are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery time 3-5 days) and the cost of postage and packing may be charged to the client. Original paintings are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and no extra charge is made for delivery to UK mainland addresses. I endeavour to despatch all orders within ten working days of receipt of your order and you should received them within 14 working days. However, it may take longer if I am on one of my regular painting trips overseas. In this case, I will let you know when you place your order. If you do not receive your print/s or painting within this time please do not hesitate to contact me.
We welcome orders from most overseas addresses. Overseas deliveries are made using the most economical but secure method in agreement with the client. Please contact us first for transportation costs, as prices for overseas postage vary. Any payment will have to clear before anything is posted. Local import duties may be payable to the relevant authorities before delivery can be made. You, as the buyer, are responsible for paying any such duties and they are not included in the delivery charge, unless otherwise agreed with us.
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist. No copying of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without express written permission of the artist.
The gicleé inks used for both canvas (Studio Proof) prints and prints on paper are designed to be light-fast for over 75 years but it is not recommended to place your originals or prints in direct sunlight. All original paintings and gicleé prints on canvas are protected by several layers of tough, acrylic, UV-proof varnish. Gicleé prints on paper are not protected in this way, so are more susceptible to both physical damage and the effects of temperature and humidity. In general, we recommend that you keep your paintings and prints in a moderately heated, stable environment. It is inadvisable to hang your picture directly above a radiator, as extreme heat can cause the properties of many art materials to change.
Original paintings and canvas prints may be wiped with a clean, damp cloth from time to time to remove dust or dirt. However, vigorous scrubbing is not recommended.
