We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 1998 (or 2018) and any other national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK (“Data Protection Legislation”). 


We collect information about you for 4 reasons:

To process any orders.

To comply with HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs, UK) requirements.

To provide you with the best possible service.

For warranty and quality tracking purposes.

We may e-mail you from time-to-time to give you news on our activities, unless you request that we do not do so, in which case we will only e-mail you in response to questions from you. 

We will not pass your personal details to others without your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

your name

company name

address

phone numbers

email address

credit/debit card details (in accordance with current regulations); these data are NOT retained by us once a transaction has been completed

VAT number details

invoices, credit notes, etc.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your written consent.  We will endeavour to ensure that any information we do hold is accurate and kept up-to-date, although we rely upon you to notify us of any changes.

In accordance with HMRC requirements, data recording financial transactions (sales/purchases, etc.) will be retained in our records for at least 7 years.

You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing or calling us.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. 

We will NOT track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our web site by using "cookies".
